Richard Hill

Richard began his career in Papua New Guinea in 1974, and was a Partner in KPMG until 1983, establishing his own firm, Richard Hill & Associates Pty Ltd in North Sydney. In 1994 and 1995, the firm was placed 16th and 9th respectively in the BRW fastest growing companies. In 2023, the firm's accounting and tax division was sold to ASX listed Count Plus Group.

Richard’s specialties include tax, private wealth, business and corporate advisory. His strong expertise in corporate advisory has associated him with various ASX listed companies as well as unlisted public companies. His key specialties are

• Executive role and administration of litigation funding company with litigable cases with claim
value approximately $700m and annual budget expenditure of $5m.

• Senior adviser on acquisition of Superannuation Fund Administration Services Group in Papua New Guinea, fund value A$240m.

• Assistance with establishment of Agro/Forestry project in Papua New Guinea covering sustainable forestry and agricultural and cash cropping activities.
